Sonny first major breakthrough came when spotted by Renaissance and installed as their resident followed with selection by Mixmag to become one of the original “future heroes” alongside the talents of Nic Fanciulli, Gareth Emery and Tom Neville.

This catalyst lead to Manumission offering a weekly Ibiza residency that summer followed by appearances at Amnesia for Renaissance at their prestigious opening and closing parties supporting John Digweed and Sander Kleinenberg.

Since then Sonny’s racked up slots at the who’s who of UK clubbing institutions; Ministry Of Sound, Pacha, Godskitchen, Chibuku and Renaissance. With demand continuing internationally Sonny’s rocked various clubs and festivals around the world taking in Australia, Brazil, China, France, Mexico, Morocco, Ibiza, Turkey, Russia, Spain, Korea and USA as well as holding down a monthly residency in Barcelona, completing two solo world tours and playing to over 1 million people at The Love Parade in Berlin, Germany.

No stranger to radio and TV Sonny’s completed 3 prestigious guest mixes for the world famous Radio 1 in addition to countless live interviews and regular appearances on the likes of Galaxy/Ministry Of Sound/Kiss and even featuring on MTV.

Having honed his talent touring club land Sonny has also committed a lot of time in the studio over the last 12months with his productions and remixes becoming some of the biggest tunes of the year for the likes of Pete Tong, Sander Kleinenberg, Mark Knight, Steve Angello and Roger Sanchez along with them featuring on countless major radio stations and CD compilations alike.
