'Cry For Mercy' is a broody little number, with rolling drums, smooth bass, gliding chords and a male vocal which oozes out of the speaker. This one builds and builds in a deep fashion, until everything opens out into the breakdown.. pretty large!
'The Descent' gets off with a solid beat, and rockin bass combo, sharp rolling percs and snippets of delayed melody, a swaying synth line takes over before darker chords fight into the breakdown.. all very dark & understaed .. lovely !
